Beverly Frills Return and Exchange Policy

We pride ourselves on offering the highest quality merchandise. If you are, in any way, dissatisfied with your purchase, please note the following:

Exchanges and Returns are only accepted on an unused item in its original condition within 7 days of receipt of purchase. Merchandise returned after 7 days will not be accepted. You will receive a full refund on your return, less shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee (If, at the time of purchase, you received FREE SHIPPING, this cost will be charged). The item must be returned to us in new, unused, unwashed, unaltered, all tags attached condition. Returns are accepted at our discretion. Please follow the Return & Exchange instructions on the invoice included with your package. PLEASE NOTE: We do not refund shipping, handling or restocking fees.

1. • How do I make a return or exchange?

Print the Beverly Frills Return/Exchange Form:  
Click here to open the form.   Complete the form and follow the instructions below.

Email (Angela@BeverlyFrillsOnline.com) or call us at (631-796-0017) to receive your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization number.) This number must be clearly marked on the outside of your package.

  • Complete the Return/Exchange Form. It is VERY IMPORTANT that you include a valid and clearly written email address.
  • Pack and securely seal the item along with the completed Return/Exchange Form in its original package, if possible.
  • Clearly label the outside of the package with your RMA.
  • Item must be returned via UPS or Federal Express. We will not accept packages sent through US Postal Service.
  • Please note that we insured the package when it was sent to you, so you must insure the package for the full replacement value when you return it to Beverly Frills. This will provide you with recourse on your package, as we cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves. UPS and FedEx will provide you with a Tracking Number. Please retain this information for your own protection!
  • 2. • How do I exchange for a different size or color?

    Please follow the directions listed above (also found on your packing slip/invoice.) The most important part of your exchange is to contact us immediately to receive your RMA. You will not be charged a Restocking Fee, but we will charge your credit card for shipping and handling on the new item. You will be contacted via email when we receive your item, and inform you if it meets our exchange criteria (new, unused, unwashed, unaltered, all tags attached condition.) Your exchanged item will be shipped out immediately via United Parcel Service and you should receive it within 4-7 business days.

    3. • When will my credit card be refunded?

    Once your package has been received at Beverly Frills, and has been determined to have met the return criteria, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 3-5 business days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Beverly Frills.

    • Your RMA must be clearly marked on the front of your return package. Any package that we receive without a pre-authorization RMA number will be returned to you, unopened. We cannot process a return or exchange without an RMA!
    • Please make sure we are provided with a correct, valid and clearly printed email address.
    • Please retain your return shipping information from UPS or FedEx. This is your proof that the item has been shipped within the appropriate time period. Check the carrier's insurance limits, and know that we insured the package when it was sent to you, so you must insure the package for the full replacement value as well. We are going to work diligently to ensure that you are satisfied and pleased with your purchase. If you're happy, we're happy!
